Your impact:
- Acquire land and easements under the law of eminent domain, following Federal Highway Administration Guidelines.
- Contact property owners impacted by roadway projects, make fair market value offer, and negotiate on minor acquisitions.
- Research market condition and courthouse records to compile comparable sales for minor acquisition review reports.
- Document and gather data for title reports.
Who you are:
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
- Experience in right of way with transportation projects may substitute for education
- Possess a valid driver's license, some travel will be required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
