Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Brand Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our brand and vendor ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with our brand partners — ensuring success through onboarding, strategy development, merchandising alignment, and actionable insights. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of luxury, creators, and digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Leadership
Curate and manage a compelling brand and product assortment aligned with creator network, brand commerce strategy and customer demand
Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to inform merchandising decisions
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize product listings and promotional strategies
Stay up to date with fashion trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Client Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand/vendor partners.
Build and maintain trusted relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Lead regular performance check-ins and strategic business reviews.
Strategy & Optimization
Collaborate with brands to develop and optimize creator-led strategies that drive sales and engagement.
Identify new opportunities for collaboration, exposure, and performance improvement.
Technology Onboarding
Own the onboarding process for new brand partners — ensuring seamless integration with our platform, tools, and processes.
Provide training and support around VETTE’s capabilities and best practices.
Insights
Partner with brands to curate product assortments aligned with creator and audience demand.
Provide ongoing sales and merchandising insights to help partners make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (creator partnerships, content, product) to surface relevant data and inform future platform features.
Qualifications
4-year Bachelor of Arts Degree
4–6 years of experience in merchandising/buying at a DTC brand, multi-brand retailer or marketplace. Leading brand partnerships, account management, or client success.
Deep knowledge of the luxury and premium fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space.
Experience working with or alongside creators, influencers, or affiliates in a commercial capacity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and creator teams.
Passionate about the future of commerce, creator economy, and emerging digital trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $77k - $95k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
