In one sentence

Integration Manager will lead and oversee both internal and external system integrations across a large-scale ERP implementation and transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between modular application components and external systems. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integration across legacy, modern, and third-party platforms through well-defined strategies and execution.

What will your job look like?

             

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and implement integration patterns (API, batch, event-driven) across platforms.
  • Design end-to-end integration flows across modules and external systems.
  • Define data contracts, transformation rules, and error handling mechanisms.

2. Internal Integration Oversight

  • RAN workflow integrations system for Plan of Record, Bill of Material , Reporting and Data sheet finalization
  • Align business logic across modules for seamless process orchestration.
  • Optimize internal integrations for scalability, latency, and fault tolerance.

3. External System Integration

  • Ensure API compatibility, data format alignment, and protocol consistency.
  • Validate data exchange against security, privacy, and compliance standards.

4. API & Middleware Governance

  • Oversee API lifecycle management including design, versioning, and deprecation.
  • Manage middleware platforms (e.g., ESB, iPaaS) for routing, transformation, and orchestration.

5. Dependency Management

  • Identify and manage dependencies between internal modules and external systems.
  • Coordinate release schedules to prevent integration conflicts.

6. Testing & Simulation

  • Lead integration testing across modules and external systems.
  • Simulate upstream/downstream scenarios to validate real-world behavior.

     

7. Incident Management & Support

  • Establish monitoring and alerting for integration health and performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution for integration-related incidents.

8. Partner Coordination

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to align on data exchange formats, protocols, and schedules.

9. Documentation & Compliance

  • Document all interfaces, data mappings, and transformation logic.
  • Validate data handling against privacy and security standards.

Deliverables

  • Integration landscape documentation
  • Interface specifications
  • Integration test plans and results
  • Monitoring and alerting setup
  • Partner onboarding and coordination plans

       

All you need is...

  • Proven experience in large ERP implementations
  • Hands-on leadership in enterprise transformation initiatives
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration
