EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (ESOP)

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee-owners. Similar to a 401K, only better! The ESOP grants company stock to all eligible employee-owners and allocates the stocks into a trust account as part of their future retirement fund. The ESOP is a fantastic benefit because the employee-owners contribute zero dollars of their own money to the plan.

This is a full-time position onsite.

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE

The Warehouse worker position exists to receive, store, issue, and deliver product from the warehouse to delivery drivers and customers or to prepare shipments for delivery to various customers or locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pull product from warehouse, stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.

• Stock Shelves - Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.

• Assist drivers to load and unload parts from delivery van and accurately confirm inventory that was distributed or returned

• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software and inventory database programs

• Organization and time management

• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Good active listening skills and attention to details

• Forklift Certification a plus

• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

• The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs

• The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) or at a distance

• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

•  The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp    manipulate, or assemble objects.

• Ability to climb 12-14 ft platform ladders

• Ability to run, maneuver, navigate or drive a vehicle or warehouse equipment

• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
