About the Role:
Join a dynamic technical team solving real-world challenges in wireless communications, radio frequency (RF), cellular (5G/6G), and embedded systems. As a Field Applications Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced mentors, supporting customers and internal projects from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly design and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate new wireless, RF, and embedded technologies in real-world scenarios.
  • Take ownership of technical challenges from day one, applying critical thinking and resourcefulness to solve customer and team problems with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with mentors for targeted training, but proactively drive your own project outcomes and technical learning.
  • Present PoC results and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design, validation, and optimization of cellular communication solutions (5G/6G) and related embedded software.
  • Support power circuit and subsystem design for advanced communication platforms.
  • Analyze technical issues in lab and field settings, providing clear, actionable solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams, contributing to technical presentations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to support system integration and troubleshooting in wireless and RF applications.
  • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies in communications and embedded systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (recent or upcoming graduate).
  • Strong academic foundation in wireless communications, RF fundamentals, and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with cellular standards (5G/6G), digital/analog circuit design, and embedded software (C/C++ or Python preferred).
  • Interest in power electronics and system-level design.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently tackle open-ended problems (e.g., academic projects, internships, or personal builds).
  • Ready to quickly learn and apply new concepts in wireless, RF, or embedded domains to create tangible prototypes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and engage with customers and internal teams.

What We Offer:

  • Hands-on mentoring and structured training in advanced communication technologies.
  • Exposure to leading-edge projects in wireless, RF, and embedded domains.
  • Clear growth path toward technical specialization or leadership roles.
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture.
