Business Intelligence Team Leader

As an InEvent Business Intelligence Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations team, be instrumental in qualifying leads, creating sales deals on the CRM, utilizing data analytics and metrics in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback, coaching, and guide the Sales Ops team members in daily activities;
  • Create weekly reports about Inbound / Outbound created deals;
  • Support IS manager in creating proposals and responding to RFPs;
  • Support IS manager's requests and develop strategies to improve the data flow process;
  • Decision-making in critical day-to-day situations
  • Monitor and manage slack channels and our data tools (Hubspot, Leadfeeder, Mutiny, Apollo, etc);
  • Bring revenue-generating opportunities for the company.

Pre-requisites

  • Excellent Excel proficiency;
  • Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria, and resource planning;
  • Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful in software sales ;
  • Knowledge of CRM software;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques;
  • Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.

CONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
