Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced C Programmer with a robust background in operations research to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work on complex problem-solving using C and Cplex technologies. Ideal candidates will be based in the US, nearshore, or India, with a preference for those located in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient C code for various operations research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Utilize Cplex optimally to solve complex integer, linear, and non-linear programming problems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Ensure that all written and verbal communication is clear, precise, and professional.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software as required.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on software applications and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in C programming with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong operations research background, with exposure to Cplex or similar optimization software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field.
- Experience in problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
