Remote AEM Senior Developer

The Role:

• Architect and develop enterprise-grade AEM cloud solutions
• Optimize performance through advanced Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies
• Lead technical design decisions and code quality standards
• Transform complex business requirements into scalable solutions
• Guide engineering teams in cloud-native development practices
• Drive continuous improvement through testing and best practices
• Champion innovation and knowledge sharing across teams

The Person:

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AEM cloud solutions and architecture
• Deep expertise in Java/JUnit and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Strong background in component development and integration strategies
• Track record of leading high-performance engineering teams
• Proven ability to optimize complex cloud architectures
• Excellence in technical problem-solving and stakeholder communication
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and best practices
