About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in this full-time, temporary role (6-12 months). This role is responsible for managing a seamless recruiting process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in scheduling, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with hiring logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and excited about enhancing each step of the candidate journey.
ResponsibilitiesInterview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewersCandidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and ensuring an excellent candidate experienceProcess Optimization: Use tools like GoodTime to improve scheduling efficiency and help refine interview processesInterview Materials & Organization: Prepare and maintain interview templates, and manage logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including travel arrangements as neededATS Maintenance: Keep candidate data up to date in our ATS (Lever) to ensure seamless operations and accurate reportingReporting & Analytics: Track key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate feedback, and use insights to enhance our recruitment strategyResource Management: Develop and organize templates for candidate emails, interview guides, and other communication materials, ensuring alignment with Hinge’s tone and brandWhat We're Looking ForExperience: 1+ years in a recruiting or HR coordination role, ideally in a high-volume hiring environmentTechnical Skills: Proficiency with ATS software, scheduling tools, and Google Suite. Experience with Lever and/or GoodTime is a plusOrganization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in fast-paced settingsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to maintain professionalism in all interactionsAdaptability: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing needs and timelinesPreferred: Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with virtual interview coordinationOur Culture:
