Metro Area. The primary function is to conduct operational and data analytics supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally- Facilitated Marketplace Agent and Program.Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from multiple CMS and other systems to conduct operational and data analysis of Marketplace data, as well as related data from stakeholders, to assist in developing program metrics and strategy.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Tableau dashboards to display metrics.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports to brief CMS stakeholders and highlight Marketplace enrollment activity and metrics.
• Support business requirements development for new capabilities.
• Assist in identifying and developing process improvements for data delivery.
• Contribute to quick turnaround data requests from government stakeholders.
• Actively participate in internal team and government meetings to discuss status updates, issue resolution, planning activities

Qualifications

• US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust background investigation
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6 years relevant work experience
• Experience with CMS data sources preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times.
• Highly proficient in manipulating and analyzing data from multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated experience in Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience in Statistical Software like SAS or SAS EG.
• Proven Ability to extract and manipulate data using Python/Excel.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a highly collaborative team contributor able to jump in when needed to complete tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication
