Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa, and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated, the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

This evening-only position is responsible for overseeing the reception area and supporting the General Manager and Sales Manager with new car order acquisition and other administrative requests. The Evening Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a professional environment, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer interactions, and contributing to a “Customer Completely Satisfied” culture.

This is a part-time, evening shift role only.
Applicants must be available to work weekday evenings during assigned hours.
If you are not available for evenings, you will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities


Greet or acknowledge every customer professionally.
Assist customers, support fellow employees, and help maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Arrive on time, dressed professionally, and suitable to represent Riverside Ford.
Perform daily assigned duties to dealership and factory standards, including:
– Covering the switchboard
– Greeting customers
– Light clerical tasks
– Maintaining the customer waiting room, coffee bar, and work area
Attend required training sessions and functions, whether online or onsite at the dealership.
Proactively deescalate client concerns and direct issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
Cross-train as necessary in Cashier, Loaner Coordinator, Front Desk, and Service Reception roles.
Communicate effectively in person and over the phone with clients, peers, and supervisors.
Document client concerns and appointment requests thoroughly.
Answer calls promptly (first ring) and maintain presence and multitasking ability.
Ensure voicemails for the service department are addressed in a timely manner.
Follow the provided work schedule consistently.
Maintain necessary service desk supplies.
Provide one month’s notice for planned days off (subject to approval).
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adaptability to change.
