INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) / AUDIO VISUAL (AV) SUPPORT
Location: Quantico, VA | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is actively seeking an Information Technology / Audio Visual (IT/AV) Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support within a fast-paced government education center located in Quantico, VA. This on-site position requires expertise in troubleshooting, system coordination, and adherence to established IT and AV procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to resolve IT and AV equipment issues.
  • Serve as the first responder to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve student and staff IT and AV issues within established regulatory guidance.
  • Follow government-established procedures for submitting Help Desk tickets and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Act as a liaison for IT issues between ISD staff, IT/AV equipment providers, and on- and off-site repair/replacement services.
  • Qualify and perform duties as a Trusted Agent for burning CDs and transferring data between domains.
  • Ensure compliance with all DIA policies and instructions related to IT and AV systems.
  • Assist in creating plans and documentation for software application testing and implementation, such as System Security Plans (SSPs).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering from a regionally accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT or AV equipment issues
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 – $126,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data. DarkStar provides a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and long-term success of our full-time employees.
