Oversee daily operations and supervision of Receiving Office personnel responsible for documenting incoming loads at a hazardous waste processing facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective training and support across multiple shifts.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Foster, uphold, and prioritize a strong culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) throughout the team, ensuring that safety and compliance are integral to all operations.
• Manage a team responsible for maintaining accurate receiving paperwork, barcode labels, outbound manifests, and disposal reports – including RCRA e-manifests
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP and communicate with Compliance, Warehouse, and Lab teams.
• Verify all inbound and outbound documentation adheres to DOT, EPA, and RCRA regulations
• Proof and maintain electronic and physical records for compliance and inspection readiness.
• Attend and present at daily meetings with receiving team managers and the Director of Operations, addressing issues with unscheduled loads, customer service concerns, and waste profile discrepancies.
• Provide guidance, training, and work assignments for receiving and outbound clerical staff, delegating tasks effectively and maintaining productivity.
• Oversee supply ordering and equipment maintenance, promptly communicating productivity-impacting issues to management.
• Manage team timecards and SAP queue notifications
• Coordinate resolutions of internal discrepancies with Customer and Technical Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
