The Mercedes-Benz Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections on Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards. This entry-level position supports the service team by ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and to the brand’s high-quality standards.

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance services.

• Inspect fluid levels, brakes, tires, and belts; report findings to service advisors or senior technicians.

• Conduct multi-point inspections following Mercedes-Benz service checklists.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, tools, and equipment.

• Properly document all services performed and maintain accurate records in the dealership system.

• Assist in maintaining shop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with environmental regulations.

• Follow all manufacturer training and certification requirements.

• Support senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.

Qualifications

Automotive Technician – Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to follow detailed service procedures and safety protocols.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools/equipment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
