Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Coordinator with  1–3 years of experience to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys content creation, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives on collaboration. Your work will directly enhance how we engage with our communities, celebrate our staff, and highlight the compassionate care we provide across Texas.


Your Impact as Social Media Coordinator

Social Media Management

  • Update and manage the Social Media Orientation program for acquisitions and new hires

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms; respond to inquiries and support various departments

  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports detailing engagement, reach, and growth

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality multimedia content including videos, graphics, and images for social platforms

  • Coordinate video shoots: scripting, filming, editing, and producing engaging content

  • Design visual assets including logos, cover photos, and branded templates using brand standards

  • Create and manage content calendars; research new marketing opportunities

  • Write and curate monthly newsletters featuring employee spotlights, events, and success stories

Quality Assurance

  • Review marketing materials for accuracy (logos, contact info, QR codes, etc.)

  • Audit and validate websites and social profiles for consistency and completeness

Training & Coaching

  • Provide social media training and onboarding for new employees

  • Guide facilities in enhancing their online presence through platforms like Facebook, Google, and more

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze social media performance and convert findings into actionable insights

  • Deliver measurable assessments to help facilities improve their online strategy


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and platform best practices

  • Proficient in video editing tools, graphic design software, and social media schedulers

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
