  • Learn and maintain the administrative functions of the GivePulse platform, and develop resources and guides to support students, staff and community partners in its use.
  • Supervise and mentor undergraduate student assistants by facilitating weekly team and individual meetings, providing feedback and evaluations and supporting student learning through project delegation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for VSL programs and initiatives, which may include monitoring office communications, tracking project deadlines, reserving rooms, coordinating surveys or evaluations and assisting with team-building activities.
  • Attend and participate in weekly VolunteerUT and VSL staff meetings, monthly Dean of Students GA Trainings and Dean of Students division-wide meetings as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience, either as a student leader or as professional, planning and implementing service events or other student-led programs.
