Job Description:
This job is responsible for complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of issue resolution, working across multiple operations and product specialists, and ensuring procedures are clearly documented and up to date. This role also may support projects and initiatives and prepare executive-level reports and presentations, while providing deep subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities:

Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries, including research, escalation and approvals for items with high levels of monetary risk
Drives execution of complex financial and non-financial client transactions
Supports process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Performs quality assurance reviews, testing and training to ensures high performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standards
Supports risk management and audit processes, including identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and exam preparation
Reviews and updates procedures as needed to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date

The Information Management Consultant is responsible for supporting complex financial and client data operations, with a focus on workplace benefits and funds dividends. This role ensures the accurate processing of financial transactions, corporate actions, and distribution recordkeeping. Key responsibilities include leading issue resolution, driving process improvements, and contributing to risk management and audit preparedness. As a subject matter expert, the consultant plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of data integrity across business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex activities related to the sourcing, furnishing, and movement of financial and client data in accordance with established procedures.
Lead resolution of complex client issues and inquiries, including research, escalation, and approvals for high monetary risk items.
Drive execution of financial and non-financial client transactions, including dividend distributions for Bank Products and Insurance Savings Accounts.
Collaborate with Workplace Benefits to support operational models and address emerging issues.
Monitor distribution recordkeeping entries for accuracy and ensure timely processing of corporate action events.
Enter and review interest and commission rates for Insurance Savings Accounts.
Evaluate workflows and assess processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
Conduct quality assurance reviews, testing, and training to uphold performance metrics and quality standards.
Support risk management and audit activities, including issue identification, mitigation planning, and exam readiness.
Review and update procedures regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.
Monitor control effectiveness and adjust procedures and metrics to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial services operations, data management, or workplace benefits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
