Required Qualifications:
Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or an equivalent professional body. In addition, the applicant must have:
Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment, including three years of leadership capacity in clinical services or healthcare operations.
A successful record of achievement as a leader, including experience in improvement and innovation in service delivery and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
The candidate must licensure with or be eligible with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
