💲 Salary: Up to $80,000 base + 10% annual bonus
Are you a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for lean process improvement? Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Eastvale, CA.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations in either Inbound or Outbound with the ability to support other departments within the operation.
- Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume facility.
- Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
- Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs
- Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
- Set day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.
- Experience in outbound logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,300.00 - $110,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
