1. SERVICE

• Build strong relationships with members, guests, employees, and sales representatives
• Satisfy customer expectations in a caring and helpful manner
• Assist members with all clubhouse questions or concerns

1. INVENTORY

• Check in shipments cross referencing the purchase order, packing slip, and invoice
• Enter skus, prices, and quantities into clubs’ software program Northstar
• Label merchandise using DAC custom barcodes
• Hang and steam apparel before presenting it on the sales floor
• Control inventory levels for all outlets
• Work with vendors to buy seasonal apparel 6 months out

Qualifications

EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Working knowledge of merchandising and purchasing in a retail environment
• Previous experience in retail sales
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
