Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment, where we increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation. The Jr. Project Manager is a key role responsible for managing and scheduling to obtain an optimum balance between financial & capacity needs and operational productivity. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to navigate discussions with stakeholders that may have competing interests. The ability to respond to sudden changes & work thru conflicts is important to be successful.
The ideal candidate will have a sales and/or customer facing role with experience in dealing with manufacturing location(s). Any background in project management, engineered to order manufacturing, or installer facing roles with electrical equipment would be relevant. Preferred candidates will have a knowledge of dashboarding/data management- specifically skills in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Snowflake or equivalent. Degrees in data analytics or data science are also acceptable.

As a project manager who is part of the production team, responsibilities will include:
Working with plant colleagues to learn and understand current production processes.
Communicate schedule adherence to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the Functional Organization, the Project Management Organization, Customers, and Vendors
Maintain supporting processes for customer specifications such as customer supplied materials, test reports, etc.
Manage stakeholder communication portals- Strategic Project Solutions, BIM360, etc
Support the Logistics team with Authorizations to Ship, Material Ship List communication, and Ship-To Party information
Lead Customer Factory Witness Tests and Drive any Punch List Items to completion

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years in the Manufacturing industry in an engineering role
Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP
Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
