Our main products are Power Boilers and Gasifiers, but we also offer complete power plants.
We are now looking for a Product Sales Manager, Balance of Plant who will act as a technical expert for power plant technologies, being responsible for the Balance of Plant and Turbine part of the sales project.
This position can be based in Vantaa, Finland or in other relevant business locations such as Tampere, Raisio, Darmstadt, Vienna, Warsaw or Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities
You will be developing and defining technical concepts together with the sales team, creating balance calculations and preparing technical specifications for the turbine and balance of plant equipment.
In execution projects you will continue to support the project team especially in main equipment procurement process.
Your main responsibility is sales phase activities, but you will also have a chance to participate in other phases of the projects during execution or warranty time.
Who is the candidate we are looking for
- MSc in Technology on thermal, energy and environmental, chemical or process engineering
- Over ten years of relevant experience. Knowledge of power plant processes, specifically on turbines and related auxiliaries is a key competence. Knowhow on power boilers is an asset.
- Work experience in a similar position within the industry is highly appreciated, alternatively you could have gained your experience from power plant execution projects or working for a turbine manufacturer.
- You have fluent English skills, both spoken and written, Finnish and other languages are a benefit.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
We appreciate a team player with a positive can-do attitude. You enjoy working closely with our customers, understanding their needs and providing technical recommendations concisely. You understand the big picture and its casualties, but on the other hand you are also capable of very detailed calculation work. You plan and prioritize your own work independently but also know when to reach out for information and support. You can deliver results in a changing project environment with tight schedules. An organized and systematic working style is needed, as you will be involved in several projects simultaneously.
