Job Description:

   

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving business growth by developing an in-depth knowledge of the AMS HP business, products and solutions, key players and stakeholders to develop relevant solutions, value propositions.

Leads a strong valued relationship with the HPIFS counterpart and fosters the relationship and interlock of HP and HPEFS GTM teams, expanding new relationships as relevant.

Ensure end-to-end alignment in support of key HPI initiatives including GTM activities, Offer and Campaign Adoptions, Training coordination, Operations Alignment, Responsiveness and Issue resolution.

Executes on meaningful field relationship strategy with HPI within the respective Market, including their key Partners / Distributors to drive additional revenue for both HPFS and HPI, on a local, country and Market level.

Supports the HPEFS GTM Leaders to manage and grow the HPI business within the respective markets. Provides insight on new HP products, solution and competition.

Supports the HPEFS GTM Leader to maintain a strong governance with the HP Relevant senior Market leadership and builds from sales inputs and insights to remain relevant in the respective markets.

Owns the review and analysis of the joint business metrics established to monitor the success of the HPFS / HPI relationship in the region. Understands detailed product, customer & partner trends, addresses gaps and identifies new areas of profitable growth.  Builds on success stories to be replicated in the markets and promote the value HPEFS contributes to HP.

Ensures the market performance / key initiatives are represented in each of the Market HP HPEFS Business Reviews

Working with the HPIFS team, develop, implement and maintain programs and offerings that are relevant to HPI’s strategies, products and solutions. 

Helps align all stakeholder interests to create a win/win balance that demonstrates mutual benefit, increases the probability of commitment, advances sales, achieves wins, and contributes to future partnering

Drive and coach the in country or market HPEFS teams to ensure appropriate sales focus and alignment against the HPI business opportunity.

Take on WW Projects and Initiatives including leading WW Programs.

Ensures, where appropriate, HPEFS operates with HPI in a globally consistent manner within the respective market.

Ensures sales awareness and relevant trainings are in place for successful implementation of joint HPFS / HPI initiatives.

Acts as escalation point within the markets

Ensures compliance with any applicable laws, regulations and HP / HPI / HPFS policies

For this role, the team is looking for qualified candidates located within the US and may be open to locations not on the req within the US.

General responsibilities:

Orchestrates cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver valued solutions to the customer.

Drives execution of joint GTM strategy with HPI

Maintain clear forecast on expected results and can influence/mobilize resources to meet objectives.

Ensures optimized model of engagement.

Helps align all stakeholder interests to create a win/win balance that demonstrates mutual benefit, increases the probability of commitment, advances sales, achieves wins, and contributes to future partnering.

Drives innovation agenda and business development for solutions relevant to HP Objectives.

Drives leveraging of the portfolio. Grows business to achieve overarching metrics including product mix, margin attainment and FMV rates

Execution Management - Collaborates effectively with all of HPI BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives.  Acts decisively once decision is taken.

C-Level Partnering - Contributes to enduring executive relationships that establish HPFS consultative professionalism and promotes its total solution capabilities at the highest levels of the HPI organization.  Escalation points for customer issues.

Business and Financial Acumen - Exhibits authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; Understands the portfolio aspect of HPEFSs products /services and how the businesses work together. 

Change Management - Acts as an advocate for innovation and change across the organization

Problem Solving - Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution

Global Presence - Represents HPFS with the cultural sensitivity and business maturity appropriate to the high degree of corporate access and level of responsibility involved

Leadership - Able to lead effectively in a complex and political environment, and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative; Able to drive team performance to best in class; Able to create and build highly effective sales teams and organization; Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels in client organizations, HP and the industry

Key Success Behaviors:

Actively develops and manages geography business plans to meet revenue goals/quotas

Data driven to understand trends and identify gaps or areas to celebrate

Develops and tracks rolling forecasts and budgets to ensure timely and accurate roll-ups 

Continuously monitors and improves engagement to ensure alignment with HPEFS business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organizational performance

Collaborates within HPEFS and with the GTM Sales leader to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources

Job Experience:  ‘Must Have’ Experience/Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales go to market experience in a multi country environment.  Relationship management / business development experience is appreciated. 
  • Strong understanding of HPI / IT sector industry experience
  • Technical and business acumen sufficient to credibly guide the development of offers solutions and effective sales strategies
  • Passionate about data analytics to understand underlining trends and uncover opportunities
  • Strong in maintaining Governance and Business Plans with strong execution track record
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to: PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBi.
  • Experience with CRM - Salesforce
