Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our finance, accounting, administrative, and IT operations. This key leadership position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, financial accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate is fluent in the Applied Epic agency management system, experienced in financial and operational oversight, and comfortable managing IT systems and vendor relationships. Bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
· Oversee office administration, HR documentation, and vendor relations
· Supervise and streamline agency operations for efficiency and accuracy
· Maintain compliance, internal controls, and process improvements
· Oversee IT systems, software, and vendor management
· Provide financial analysis and operational reporting to leadership
· Ensure effective use of the Applied Epic agency management system
Requirements:
· 5–7+ years of experience in operations, accounting, or finance (insurance or financial services preferred)
· Fluent in Applied Epic insurance agency management system
· Experience in IT oversight and vendor coordination
· Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Bilingual (English + Cantonese or Mandarin) preferred
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
