Are you passionate about helping others through challenging times? Join our dedicated team at The Lodge, a unique Crisis Residential Program offering individuals in acute behavioral health crisis a safe, home-like environment to begin their recovery journey. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and therapeutic support in a dynamic and enriching setting.  We currently have part-time hours available, working Friday evenings and Weekends.

What You Bring

  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or multistate compact license)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
  • Familiarity with crisis services and psychotropic medications
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)

 

Your Role

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations within 24 hours of client admission
  • Monitor and manage psychiatric and medical symptoms and medications
  • Provide therapeutic support and de-escalation during crises
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, families, and support systems
  • Educate clients on physical and mental health conditions
  • Document all assessments, treatments, and care coordination activities
  • Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
