Join our dedicated team at The Lodge, a unique Crisis Residential Program offering individuals in acute behavioral health crisis a safe, home-like environment to begin their recovery journey. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and therapeutic support in a dynamic and enriching setting. We currently have part-time hours available, working Friday evenings and Weekends.

What You Bring
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or multistate compact license)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with crisis services and psychotropic medications
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations within 24 hours of client admission
- Monitor and manage psychiatric and medical symptoms and medications
- Provide therapeutic support and de-escalation during crises
- Coordinate care with medical providers, families, and support systems
- Educate clients on physical and mental health conditions
- Document all assessments, treatments, and care coordination activities
- Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
