This is a chance to join a team which has an incredible depth of knowledge as well as the drive to deliver service excellence to our clients across a wide variety of sectors from the military to ultra -high-net-worth individuals.Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.The Commercial Operations Specialist will ensure all inbound inquiries via the phone, email, or web is answered quickly and appropriately. This individual will make accurate entry of lead activity into Salesforce.com (SFDC) so that activity can be tracked. This person must possess a strong client focus, awareness, and understanding of products and services utilized by members. The Commercial Operations team is the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries and each team member should always provide first-rate customer service and have a “can do” attitude. The associate will require a high level of flexibility, and the ability to change priorities as necessary. A successful candidate will operate efficiently and productively and can work well both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound leads that originate from events, e-mail, web, or through the phone and assign to the appropriate sales executive
  • Handle all internal cases that originate from internal parties
  • Continually ensure validity of data in SFDC
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry news
  • Assist with lead qualification and development
  • Send marketing collateral as requested by prospect or salesperson
  • Become proficient in SFDC, instruct sales team on the proper use of all objects within SFDC, leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities etc.
  • Additional projects to assist the organization through new processes in sales and marketing
  • The Sales Operations team is available 7 days a week
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or marketing role
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with the analysis of small and large data sets
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands on in a team environment
  • Have effective use of time management/Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to interact with several personality types within an organization
  • Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast paced environment
  • Build positive relationships both internally and externally
  • Able to work a flexible schedule closely tied to end of month or quarterly results

Salary RangeThe wage range for this position ($24-26/hr.) is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.What You Will Bring
