IT Support Tech Level 2
The Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Technician- Level II to join our team. The ideal candidate provides advanced technical support to end users, collaborates with the tier 3 team to ensure system stability and security, and manages routine operational tasks across servers, desktops, and network devices. This role drives proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
Individuals must be cooperative, enthusiastic, innovative and be able to perform all job functions in an accurate and timely manner. They must be professional in appearance, communication, both verbal and written, as well as attitude. They must utilize interpersonal skills effectively in a team environment. Regular attendance and on-site presence are required as well as potential travel across locations. They must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with having a customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The applicant should have hands-on experience with IT best practices and incidents resolution.
This role is based at our Credit Union’s Headquarters, location in Waterford, CT. The applicant may travel to other locations as needed and are subject to irregular hours and on-call shifts.
