Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications within the Eccentex DCM platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design workflows, automate processes, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency. Experience with low-code platforms like Appian, Power Apps, or ServiceNow will be highly valuable, and training will be provided for the Eccentex DCM platform.

Job Description:

  • Develop, configure, and deploy applications using the Eccentex DCM platform, leveraging low-code development tools to design workflows and automate business processes.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Configure case management workflows and business rules to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications, ensuring continued performance and reliability.

  • Participate in platform training and hands-on experimentation to become proficient in Eccentex DCM, ensuring the ability to develop custom applications and configurations.

  • Work with IT teams and platform administrators to integrate the Eccentex DCM platform with other enterprise systems, such as Oracle CC&B and Hexagon OMS.

  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in low-code development to continuously improve platform usage.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Follows all policies and procedures.

  • Performs major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned or needed.

Additional Job Description:

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience developing applications using low-code platforms like Appian, Power Apps, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules configuration, and user interface design.

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development within the platform.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the Eccentex DCM platform through training and self-study.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to document clearly and precisely.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to business objectives.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with case management systems and process automation.

  • Experience integrating low-code platforms with enterprise systems through APIs or middleware solutions.

  • Knowledge of Oracle SOA, IBM MQ, and similar technologies for supporting system integrations.
