Your impact

APS (AGCO Production System) Specialist is responsible to Lead AGCO Production system APS at Site Level, according our Core Pillars (1- People Development   2- APS: Lean Manufacturing  3- APS: Lean Office  4-APS:Ideas Program) and ACGO Standards and Policies. Responsible for APS development, implementation, and maintenance, align with Global & Regional Strategic Goals.

Your experience and qualifications

• Support APS Organization and processes related over Core Pillars (1- People Development   2- APS: Lean Manufacturing  3- APS: Lean Office  4-APS:Ideas Program). Ensure the APS “Hoshin” (APS Strategic Plan) implementation and deployment.Ensure and improve standards, procedures, and specifications
• Lead use of Continuous improvement tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
• Complete Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering (mechanical, production, materials). Post-Graduation desirable.
• Consolidated experience in Manufacturing Engineering management experience on Tier 1/Tier 2  company (Automotive, Construction, Agricultural industry desirable)
• Advanced English. Lean Manufacturing / Continuous improvement Certification and experience is required. Six Sigma Green-Belt / White-Belt Certification
