Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Power Systems Product Support Manager to be based at our Joule Data Center in Millard County, UT. This role is responsible for directly managing all aspects of Power Systems Product Support, ensuring operations align with both Caterpillar and Wheeler Machinery standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering exceptional equipment availability, by minimizing downtime caused by unplanned outage, and creating a world-class customer experience through strong communication, strategic coordination, and effective management of all product support activities.
