The Strategic Account Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global account team to define and implement tools and processes to manage account KPI’s. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensures that account teams are trained and familiar with the tools and processes required to accurately report on agreed metrics
  • Define key process required to support account management working cross functionally with functions such as contact center, logistics, sales and division
  • Participate and contribute to the development of a customer playbook for strategic accounts
  • Data quality management for account reporting accuracy
  • Support Oracle based data updates to ensure account team has access to most recent data.
  • Admin support for SharePoint and Power BI applications.
  • Global backup for maintaining data and account team reports
