Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. To deliver Product cost management key performance metrics for FD Transmission/Axle commodity and Casting/Forging commodity.
  2. To do costing of Transmission/Axle parts with good knowledge of casting/forging/machining processes.
  3. Ensuring Cost controlling and meeting Business cost targets in Project cycle.
  4. Focus on Cost avoidance at various stages of costing.
  5. Ensure seamless coordination between various departments including PD, CDMM, SSU, logistics, and External stake holders to deliver the results.
  6. Fostering a culture of collaboration, Agility, Boldness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  7. Ensuring Business Case preparations, Should be Costing and ROCM addressing as per timelines.
  8. Promoting Digitization drive, New Technology, and usage of software for achieving optimized solution and Team efficiency improvement.
  9. Process improvements through Guidelines, Standardization, Digitization, data base generation and cost matrix creation.

Critical Experience

In depth Knowledge of Casting/Forging Processes, machining processes, Assembly Processes and Product Costing Process.

Knowledge of Tractor, its systems, various parts and manufacturing processes.

Managerial skills to manage stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience of manufacturing systems.

Analytical approach and good skills in MS office.
