Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai or Pune. As a member of this team, you will be managing one or more of the following departments (but not all):



Investment Advisory Operations

Advisory Controls

Billing



Our teams work closely with colleagues regionally and across the globe to ensure the highest standards of supervision, service, and operational risk management.

Your expertise

Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex operational processes.

Strong knowledge Advisory business concepts (SMA, UMA, Portfolio Management, Program Administration), operational concepts (trade capture, reconciliations, risk management), or billing concepts and platforms (advance vs arrears calculations, billing split structures, etc.).

Deep experience with project tracking and management of vendors, problems, and issues.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Fluency in English is essential.
