Title: Maintenance Team Lead

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Support & Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality, efficient production output by supporting the Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams. This role involves overseeing equipment and facility maintenance, training staff on equipment use, and leading continual improvement initiatives. The Team Lead will work closely with the Plant Manager and other department leads to minimize disruptions and maintain optimal production capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Planning
- Coordinate support and maintenance activities to align with the production plan and minimize disruptions.
- Provide operational support across departments during staff absences or equipment issues.
Machine & Equipment Maintenance
- Lead machine support, preventive maintenance, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and machine parts using 6S standards.
- Monitor and improve machine output quality in collaboration with Production Foremen.
Facility Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with 6S standards and health/safety regulations.
- Oversee urgent and scheduled repairs and facility upkeep.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures for air filters.
- Collaborate with the QA team to resolve product defects and compliance issues.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Division Administration
- Maintain a visible task list with progress tracking.
- Report on KPIs including machine performance, equipment availability, and 6S audits.
- Conduct daily inspections (MBWA) and participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSUM).
Training & Development
- Provide urgent and scheduled training on equipment use.
- Study machine manuals and demonstrate knowledge of manufacturer specifications.
- Engage in after-hours study of 6S and Lean Management principles.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong mechanical and practical skills
