As a Principal Performance Documentation Analyst, you'll assemble comprehensive contractor performance data from various sources, ensure accurate entry into the Government OCIO/G6 performance measurement system, and develop processes to validate data collection for metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing data, ensuring proper entry into the performance measurement system, and developing processes to validate performance metric data collection.

Required Skills and Education

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in performance documentation, data analysis, and reporting, with expertise in government or large enterprise performance measurement systems
  • Proven track record assembling and validating performance data for entry into federal systems, including process development for metric accuracy
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
  • Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service performance and continual improvement
  • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL for queries, or performance tracking software) and reporting platforms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for data validation and stakeholder collaboration
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
