Austin Country Club, located in the heart of Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time Landscape Design and Maintenance Manager to join our team. PAY: This position offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, and up to 10% annual bonus potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in horticulture or agronomy or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in landscape management or related field
• Experience managing teams of 5+
• Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
• Knowledge of native/adaptive plants and irrigation systems
• Ability to interpret budgets and work cross-departmentally
• Ability to obtain a TDA pesticide license within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work weekends as needed

Spanish-speaking skills and additional knowledge of turf grasses and landscape budgeting are preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time landscaping position, with weekend work required based on the Club's golf and event schedule.
