Schedule

This position is Part-Time working 20 hours per week. Shifts include Wednesday at West Palm Beach 8a-6:30pm, and Saturday at East Boynton 8a-4:30p, this includes a generous shift differential and no on-call requirement!

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Screens, explains and prepares patients for Radiologic imaging procedures that will be performed, checking for precautions/contradictions pertaining to examination
• Performs Radiologic imaging procedures on designated area of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing/treating of patient illness and/or injury
• Adjusts Radiologic scan parameters, utilizing dose reduction techniques as appropriate
• Follows physicians' orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations
• Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)
• Maintains an orderly and clean work area
• Clean and disinfect equipment after each use
• Works with a Fluoroscopy C-Arm
• Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary
