In this role, you will be joining as a founding member of the Web3 organizations product strategy and operations team. You will have a direct impact on our three core pillars: building a market-defining security product, shaping the platform that unifies the Web3 ecosystem on Google Cloud, and pioneering the next wave of AI-driven payments. You will be building transformative technology at the intersection of Web3, security, and AI, and contribute to the future of the internet.

Responsibilities
- Own, manage and establish various operational aspects of the Web3 team rhythm of business including product life-cycle, sales and customer engagements, and building out processes that help align our global cross-functional team.
- Evolve our Web3 strategy, including which products to build, new features to create, partnerships for co-development while collaborating with Program Manager (PM) and engineering.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Web3 and Google Cloud business metrics as well as external data metrics related to the growth and adoption of Web3.
- Leverage investigative and communication skills to extract meaningful insights from customer interactions, internal and external data sources and current events and translate them into compelling narratives that resonate with various audiences.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for businesss for our organization as well as influence negotiations for strategic agreements.
