📣 Production Inventory Control Manager
Join Millennium Print Group as a Production Inventory Control Manager, Packaging!
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Production Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about manufacturing, production scheduling, and supply chain excellence, this is your chance to work on products loved around the world.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You’ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end planning and material flow for a finishing and packaging operation.
Manage a team of Production Schedulers and Material Handlers to execute the master production schedule.
Oversee material movement, inventory accuracy, and shop-floor sequencing to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Client Services to balance production capacity and customer demand.
Drive process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure all scheduling and material control activities comply with safety, quality, and security protocols.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within manufacturing.
4+ years of leadership experience managing planners, schedulers, or warehouse/material handling teams.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Expertise in inventory control, bill of materials (BOM) management, and shop-floor logistics.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
