We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Atlanta Branch location. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
- Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
- Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
- Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
- 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
- The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
- Clean driving record (required).
- Computer skills (required).
- SAP experience A PLUS!
