• In general, support the GTC Country manager in setting up and monitoring the processes of the Customs and Export Control activity of the country concerned.
• Operational monitoring of customs brokers (checking compliance of declarations with customs regulations and authorizations, archiving, definition and communication of customs clearance instructions, etc.)
• Monitoring of specific customs procedures and support in identifying new optimizations
• Answer to basic questions from tax or customs authorities
• Carrying out various tasks related to compliance (Export Control screening, configuration of information systems, ..)
• Support in the procedures' definition and optimization
• Support in regulatory watch
