Head of Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Supply Chain Management am Standort Stuttgart

• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Steuerung standortübergreifender Projekte

• Gestaltung effizienter und kundenorientierter Auftragserfüllungsprozesse – vom Auftragseingang bis zur Versandbereitschaft

• Weiterentwicklung der CTO-Flowline sowie Identifikation und Realisierung weiterer Optimierungspotenziale

• Ableitung strategischer Ziele fürs Supply Chain Management und Umsetzung in konkrete Maßnahmen und Projekte

• Optimierung der Auftragsabwicklung in Bezug auf Qualität, Lieferzeit, Bestände, Kosten und OTD-Performance

• Weiterentwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie zur Materialplanung am Standort Stuttgart

• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Methoden in Planung und Auftragsabwicklung

• Ausbau des kennzahlengetriebenen Daily Managements 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Business Units zur optimalen Produktionsplanung

• Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von SCM

• Verantwortung für Budget-, Personal- und Investitionsplanung inklusive Zielverfolgung

• Weiterentwicklung der Teamleiter*innen und Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich

• Aktiver Austausch mit weiteren Standorten weltweit sowie Transfer und Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices innerhalb der Organisation

• Standortübergreifende Verantwortung und Steuerung der Bestandsentwicklung zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialverfügbarkeit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

• Mindestens fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung im Supply Chain Management

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und in der Steuerung komplexer Supply-Chain-Prozesse

• Nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Lean-Management

• Hohe Kommunikations-, Konfliktlösungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office

• Erfahrung mit Visualisierungstools, idealerweise Power BI
