JOB SUMMARY
This position includes a variety of contract management tasks, including leading proposal development, fact-finding, negotiation and award of contracts. Additionally, these specialists will coordinate with different functions to dissect statements of work, review terms and conditions, and maintain communications with internal and external partners.
MAJOR ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Skills:
- Exercise appropriate signature authority while leading and participating in negotiations and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and the licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies.
· Receive and analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) from United States Government customers.
· Collaborate closely with specialized teams across various programs.
· Engage with internal stakeholders, including estimating and program management teams, to ensure alignment and accuracy in proposals.
· Maintain thorough documentation and records of all contractual agreements and negotiations.

Job Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak), and be able to interpret technical documents
Preferred:
- University coursework or experience in a business-related function including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, Business Operations, and Procurement Financial Analysis.
