Manager, Creative Services en Adena Health System

Lead the design and branding development from concept through production for all creative assets for Adena Health System. Under the direction of the Director of Integrated Communications and Brand, set strategic direction for the creative function including developing design and style guides for the organization. Help to bring the Adena brand to life through the development of effective and impactful creative concepts for marketing campaigns, internal communications, advertising, presentations, print and digital assets, including advising on video content. Manage and develop creative staff for execution of production. Serves as a consultant to the advertising agency and other vendors to assure alignment with the brand.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Major/Area of Concentration: Graphic Design or related field 

Required Experience: 7-10 years experience in graphic design, digital design, and visual system design. 5 years managing or overseeing graphic designers or agency work.
