Description

Position Summary:
The Contract Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the contract, ensuring compliance with all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This role requires leadership, coordination, and direct communication with government representatives. 

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
  • Ensure all services are performed in accordance with the contract and PWS.
  • Designate an alternate to act in their absence, with written notification to the Contracting Officer (CO).
  • Maintain full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.
  • Be available 24/7 (Monday through Sunday), excluding federal holidays or administrative closures.
  • Oversee personnel performance and ensure all staff meet contract standards.
  • Coordinate with government personnel regarding operational schedules and facility access.
  • Ensure proper training and qualifications of all staff, especially in CCTV operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Must meet one of the following: 
    • Three (3) years of security experience within the past five years, or
    • Three (3) years of civilian or military work experience.
  • Experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
