We are seeking a reliable, motivated Clinic Support Associate to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on patient support to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly. Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 1130am-8pm
Essential Functions:
Greet patients and visitors warmly; manage check-in, scheduling, and phone calls
Collect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Support clinicians during treatments — setting up equipment, assisting with exercises, and maintaining a clean, organized space
Ensure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patients
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is frequently required to walk, stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The staff member can regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
