Requirements

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the product or fintech ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules, with the ability to differentiate between roles and skillsets.
• Strong knowledge of tech hiring, including Java, Cloud, AMS, and full-stack roles, as well as SAP technologies such as ABAP and Fiori.
• Expertise in functional hiring, open to diverse skill domains.
• Proven experience managing active requisitions independently and meeting hiring targets.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
