Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Quality Analyst to support the Autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Targeting (AISR&T) Business Unit. This role is in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego), California.
This position has the opportunity to accommodate a hybrid schedule but will require in office days.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
2+ Year Data Analytics experience
1+ Year Tableau developer/user experience
1+ Year Business Objects developer/user experience
Experience with Python for Data Analysis, Automation of reporting
Must be able to obtain and maintain an U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Must have the ability to travel ~10% of time
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently holds active U.S. Government DoD Secret security
2+ year experience working in an AS9100 organization
2+ Year Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
Experience in Autonomous (Unmanned) or Aerospace programs
Five years’ Quality experience
Experience with Python for Data Analysis, Automation of reporting
Experience with document review process
Experience with TeamCenter and Crucible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and process owners
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneous
