Rapid Global Growth (RGG), the innovative force powering successful e-commerce brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional AI Technology Lead to join our AI team in Dubai. This pivotal role reports directly to our CEO, a distinguished Forbes Council member. As the AI Technology Lead, you will architect and drive our internal AI initiatives, with a focus on implementing and optimizing LLMs and other AI tools across business functions to enhance our operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI within our organization and make a significant impact on our operations. As both a key advisor to the CEO and technical lead, you'll drive the AI transformation of our rapidly growing global e-commerce group.

What you will do:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging AI tools and platforms with potential to improve business efficiency and profitability
- Evaluate AI tools against existing solutions and determine their potential business value
- Develop and present business cases for AI tool adoption to senior management
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for approved AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Facilitate successful deployment, training, and user adoption of new AI tools
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact and ROI of implemented AI tools
- Drive AI awareness and enthusiasm across the organization through training and communication initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement Claude AI use cases
- Design, build, and support customized Claude projects to address specific departmental needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, making adjustments as needed
- Stay current with the latest AI advancements and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of applying these to drive business value.
- Proven expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with a track record of applying them to drive business value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring change and engaging with senior management
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and challenging conventional approaches
- Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop concise briefs and compelling business cases
- Experience in conducting thorough post-implementation reviews and ROI assessments
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training sessions on AI best practices
- Familiarity with Claude AI and its potential applications in various business contexts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
