Have a thorough understanding of the organization's business processes in order to identify and recommend candidates who are suitable for the organization's needs.
- Proven successful leadership in the design and implementation of competency management, learning and development, and performance management in companies undergoing rapid scale-up.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing remuneration philosophies and total reward strategies, including job evaluation, wage structures, and other reward programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams and executing HR programs and strategies.
- Proven ability to make critical decisions in talent management and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including C-level executives.
- Gain a thorough understanding of employment law and personnel administration concepts.

RequirementsJob Qualifications - Minimum of 8-10 years in HR roles (with min. 5 years of experience in leading HR/People & Culture team), with proven experience in rapidly scaling organizations; experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR frameworks, concepts, and strategies that align with organizational growth and business objectives, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Strong background in OD and TM, with a successful track record of leading business process reengineering, competency management, learning and development, and performance management initiatives.
- Skilled in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development. Experience in proactive high-flyer talent recruitment that aligns with organizational needs and timelines.
- Deep alignment with company culture, with a successful history of implementing employee engagement programs that foster agility and create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Expertise in developing remuneration philosophies and total rewards strategies, including job evaluations, wage structures, and compliance with employment law and HR policies.
- Proven success in leading and mentoring HR teams (4-5 people), with excellent public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with C-level executives and all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making within HR functions.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
